Introducing Your Esthetician: Meet Keosha Williams, a proud Atlanta native with a deep-rooted passion for healthcare. From an early age, Keosha knew her path was in healthcare, and she pursued her aspirations with unwavering determination. She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Columbus State University and went on to become a certified clinical medical assistant, certified administrative medical assistant, and certified phlebotomy technician. With over eight years of invaluable patient care experience, Keosha decided to extend her expertise beyond the confines of the exam room. Upon discovering the field of esthetics, she experienced an epiphany, declaring, "THIS feels like what I'm meant to be doing!" This profound realization, a true "download from God," led to the creation of Charismatic Skin, LLC. In December of 2022, Keosha successfully completed her esthetics program at the esteemed Health and Style Institute in Atlanta, GA. Cancellation Policy
We greatly appreciate your choice to reserve our exclusive spa treatments. In honor of this, we kindly request that you honor the spa's scheduling policies. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Please factor in ample time for your journey to the appointment, considering potential delays such as traffic and parking.
For cancellations made within less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled service will be applied. Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will be billed in full for the reserved service. If a same-day booking is canceled or not attended, the full charge will apply. In case of tardiness, we reserve the right to adjust the duration of your service, with charges based on the originally scheduled service. If lateness results in insufficient time to perform any service, the full fee will be applicable. Your understanding and cooperation are highly valued.
